Melanie Weeks has a special interest in providing Occupational Therapy services to adults living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Ehler Danlos Syndromes (EDS/hEDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Fibromyalgia and other invisible illnesses, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Telehealth is available for some services – please contact me to discuss whether telehealth is suitable for your needs.

My work will always be tailored to your individual needs – there is no set agenda or one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to living well with invisible disabilities.

- Victorian Aids and Equipment Program (SWEP)
- Private paying clients
Fees:
All Occupational Therapy services are $193.99 per hour.
If you are a private paying client:
- you may be eligible for a Medicare Chronic Condition Management Plan, which provides a rebate of approximately $61 for appointments – for up to 5 appointments with an allied health professional of your choice, per calendar year. Please talk to your GP about a Chronic Condition Management Plan before your appointment with me.
- if you have Private Health Insurance (Extras), you may be eligible for a rebate on Occupational Therapy appointments. Please check the details of your Private Health Insurance Extras policy.
